Surgical Care Affiliates partners with New Jersey center

DEERFIELD - Surgical Care Affiliates has partnered with Raritan Valley Surgery Center, a physician-led outpatient surgery center in Somerset, New Jersey.

The investment brings SCA's presence in New Jersey to 13 locations and aligns SCA with an additional 19 high-quality physicians. Terms of the partnership were not announced.

"This investment is part of a continued effort to identify and develop relationships with top tier physicians throughout New Jersey, who share SCA's commitment to providing high-quality, low-cost surgeries."

RVSC provides a comprehensive suite of surgical services, including Podiatry, orthopedics, spine, gastroenterology, otorhinolaryngology and pain management. It is jointly owned by SCA and physician investors
