Evil of abortion celebrated as good news
Regarding your large front page photo on Tuesday, June 28, depicting abortion rights activists rejoicing over the news that Scotus ruled against standards protecting women's health in abortion clinics, especially the two young women crying tears of joy that killing their babies will be more convenient than ever. Death makes them so happy?
Clearly our once-great nation has come to this point; evil is now celebrated and reported as good news.
As Mother Teresa told the Clintons and many other "dignitaries" at the National Prayer Breakfast back in 1994, " ... the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child, a direct killing of the innocent child, murder by the mother herself. And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another?"
Twenty-two years later, we're seeing more brutal violence than ever, everywhere. The world, the media, and the devil have blinded us to reality, the truth that we were created to love and to be loved, not the lie that it's all about me and my rights.
Rejoicing over the choice to destroy life is proof we're not heading in the right direction. Let's stop acting as if there's no God.
Hopefully He will give this nation time to repent and believe in the gospel before it's too late.
