Concert to benefit Lake County Forest Preserves Aug. 20
Seven bands will perform in the fourth annual Fred Fest to benefit the Preservation Foundation of the Lake County Forest Preserves Saturday, Aug. 20, in Port Barrington.
The concert will run from 1 p.m. to dusk at the Fox River Preserve and Marina at 28500 W. Roberts Road.
The cost is $10 per person or $25 per family.
There will be many kids activities as well at this event overlooking the Fox River.
Attendees may bring their own food and beverages or buy them at the concert.
