Leaders must serve all

Thank you, Daily Herald and the other newspapers for speaking out for the citizens of this once-great state.

The state of Illinois has been financially ruined and nationally embarrassed by the spending and the special interests groups.

Mike Madigan and John Cullerton, you seem not to serve the best interests for the citizens of the entire state. Why?

Why do you two do what you do? Why take our tax dollars for one city (Chicago)? Why propose unrealistic (bankruptcy) budgets? Why do you and others make a career in politics? Why? Why?

It makes one wonder. Illinois politicians are not known for their sterling character. Too many have criminal records. Michael Madigan and John Cullerton, what is your agenda? Who do you serve?

All of the citizens of the state or selected groups? I would like to know answers to so many questions. I do know one thing. I stand with our governor. Enough!
