Antioch park commission opening

The village of Antioch is accepting resumes and letters of interest to fill a vacancy on the park commission board. Applicants must reside within the village's corporate limits or within one and one-half miles beyond the corporate limits, but not in any other municipality. Those serving shall be appointed for a term of five years, and must be able to attend monthly meetings as scheduled. Typically meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the municipal building at 874 Main St., but may be rescheduled due to other meeting conflicts.
