Monarch Landing Receives Prestigious Recognition
Monarch Landing senior living community in Naperville received the prestigious Outstanding Sales Achievement Team Award at the Life Care Services' biennial sales conference in Chicago. The honor recognized the marketing team having met or exceeded budgeted gross sales or move-in goals over 24 straight months.
A Life Plan Community, Monarch Landing offers independent living as well as access to a higher level of care if needed. The Springs at Monarch Landing provides assisted living memory support, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and respite.
Monarch Landing is managed by Life Care Services, the third largest manager of senior living communities in the United States. The more than 135 senior residential communities managed by Life Care Services serve approximately 43,000 seniors.
A team from Monarch Landing attended the conference, which drew more than 450 sales, marketing and administration professionals from across the country. The event featured three days of education, networking and recognition including speakers, a resident panel and breakout sessions. Awards were presented to individual communities and staff, recognizing sales achievement and exemplification of Life Care Services' philosophies and mission.
"Our robust sales reflect the fact that people are excited about the lifestyle at Monarch Landing. Older adults throughout the area are hearing about our wonderful amenities and programs, and are eager to become part of our beautiful community which will be celebrating its tenth anniversary this summer," said Nancy Arnold, marketing director of Monarch Landing. Despite the high occupancy rate, she added, there are great apartments still available.
