Since when do we prosecute thoughts?

Anybody hear this? The U.S. attorneys general of 17 states want to prosecute you if you say that global warming isn't true. They will, and already are starting to do it to companies - Exxon Mobil to start. Since when can you commit a crime just by thinking something? The scientific community doesn't even agree that its true. Well, for me, I say, "Global warming caused by humans is false." Come and get me.
