Downers Grove shopping center sells for $1.6 million

CHICAGO -- Sperry Van Ness | Chicago Commercial recently sold a 11,9119 square foot retail shopping center sold at 2561-2593 Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove for $1.625 million.

"This was a rare opportunity to secure a true value add shopping center located on a strong retail corridor in the most desirable county in Chicagoland," said Tim Franz of SVN | Chicago Commercial, who was the sole broker in the transaction.
