West Aurora 49, Streamwood 39: Carley Frauenhoff (15 points), Ashley Williams (11) and Kayla Battle (8) helped the Blackhawks (9-8) to this Upstate Eight crossover win. Jenejah Williams led Streamwood with 14 points, 13 rebounds and 6 blocks. Becky Roncone added 13 points and Maddie Exline 10 for the Sabres (3-16).
St. Edward 69, IC Catholic 46: Maddie Spagnola had 24 points, 6 assists and 6 steals and Katelyn Castoro added 19 points to lead the Green Wave (10-8, 3-4) to a Metro Suburban West win. Yssa Sto. Domingo added 9 points for St. Edward.
CL South 51, Dundee-Crown 46 (OT): Annika Sevcik scored 19 points and Chanel Fanter added 18 to lead the Gators (17-6, 5-0) to a FVC Valley win. Taylor Josefowicz added 10 points for Crystal Lake South. Melissa Barker had 15 points and Allison Michalski 14 for Dundee-Crown (11-13, 3-4).
Seton Academy 61, Aurora Christian 45: Kirsten Madsen scored 19 points and Paris Chaney had 13 for Aurora Christian (9-9) at the Eagles' shootout.
