Barrington seeks input on bike path improvements near high school

The village of Barrington is hosting a public information meeting Jan. 19 to seek residents' input about a bike path improvement plan for the area near Barrington High School.

The bike path is planned to run adjacent to the high school, along Lake Cook and Hart roads.

The meeting will be conducted in an open house format. Exhibits of the preliminary plans will be on display and village representatives will be available to answer questions and discuss the plan. Written comments may be completed at the meeting or mailed in until Feb. 2.

The event will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Jan. 19, on the second floor of village hall, 200 S. Hough St.
