Whether you call him Santa Claus, Kriss Kringle, Saint Nick, Father Christmas - the mythical man with a bag full of treats is visiting the suburbs ahead of his big worldwide tour Dec. 24.

Schaumburg: Santa's Flight from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., Dec. 6 at Schaumburg Regional Airport. Participants will wait for Santa to arrive by helicopter in the hangar at the airport and enjoy a buffet breakfast provided by Pilot Pete's. As Santa approaches, the hangar doors will open so everyone can see him land. Santa will then disembark from the helicopter and talk with guests.
