Friday Fun Night offers games, sports

Kids ages 7 to 13 are invited to Palatine Park District's new Friday Fun Night event from 6-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, in the gym and classroom areas at Community Center, 250 E. Wood St., Palatine. Attendees should enter through the gymnastics entrance on the east side of the building.

This recreational night of fun will include games, sports, contests and activities in the gym, along with board games in the classroom area. Concessions will be available for purchase.

The fee is $8 per child through Oct. 22; $10 each on the day of the event. Registration can be completed online at www.palatineparks.org using program code 426600-01. Registration can also be completed in person at Birchwood, Community Center or Falcon Park.
