Join 28th annual National Life Chain Sunday Oct. 4

On Sunday, Oct. 4, Christians and their clergy from the Northern Kane County Life Chain will line the sidewalks in participation with the 28th annual National Life Chain Sunday from 1 to 2 p.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, routes 72 and 31 in West Dundee near Spring Hill Mall.

The event will be held in solidarity with more than 1,200 Life Chains across the U.S. and Canada.

The Life Chain is a peaceful and prayerful public witness and a visual statement of solidarity by the Christian community that abortion kills children and that the Church supports the sanctity of human life from the moment of conception until natural death. Visit www.LifeChain.net.

The hourlong event will be entirely prayerful and peaceful. Signs will be available near the west parking lot of St. Catherine of Siena.

Elderly or disabled participants are welcome to bring wheelchairs or folding chairs. Small children are welcome with parental supervision.
