Officials provide legislative update in Rolling Meadows

The League of Women Voters of the Palatine area is sponsoring a Legislative Update with seven local officials at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at the Rolling Meadows Library, 3110 Martin Lane, Rolling Meadows.

State Sen. Matt Murphy, state Reps. Michelle Mussman, Tom Morrison, Elaine Nekritz, Cook County Commissioner Gregg Goslin, Cook County Circuit Court Judge John Curry and Rolling Meadows Mayor Tom Rooney have agreed to attend.

Panelists will have 5 minutes to present legislative updates relevant to their office, key legislative initiatives that they are personally involved in, and what they hope to accomplish during their current term of office. Audience-generated questions will be addressed during the last half hour of the event.
