Democrats wrongly play the race card, again

Interesting how Sen. Durbin claims Republicans are asking Loretta Lynch, nominee for attorney general, to sit in "the back of the bus," when, in fact, it's the Democrats holding up the nomination.

They refuse to support legislation to help victims of sexual trafficking because it includes a current law disallowing money for abortions except in cases of rape, incest or the life of the mother. The bill was slated to pass with bipartisan support just before the Loretta Lynch vote was to come.

Guess the Dems finally decided to read it after they had voiced support. So, get over it. The law exists already, so why the gripe?

It's a check and balance, to avoid a loophole. Appears Democrats want a way around the law. The Republicans support the nominee, which, by the way, could have been put to a vote while Democrats had control of the Senate, but, alas, Harry Reid, as was his norm, held it up.

The party putting Loretta Lynch in the back on the bus is Sen. Durbin's party.

It's very sad that the Democrats, in general, have escalated playing the race card.
