Peterson Road work to resume:
Motorists in central Lake County are reminded that construction will resume shortly on Peterson Road and on Route 83 as part of a multiyear project. It is currently anticipated construction crews will begin work in the first full week of April when the weather stabilizes. When construction begins, a lane in each direction will be closed on Peterson Road throughout the construction zone, roughly from Route 83 to west of Allegheny Road. Lane reductions on Route 83 also will be necessary. As the start date approaches and the work plan is finalized, more information regarding start dates and lane configurations will be posted at www.peterson83.com/.
