Netanyahu speech is a campaign stunt

U.S. Rep. Jan Schakowsky made the right choice opting out of Netanyahu's speech.

To say that doing so indicates lack of suptowardwards Israel is ridiculous. Netanyahu is not the only Jew in Is el. Although he would like to think he speaks for all Jews.

I'm an American Jew, proud of my newly found identity as a ew. On the conversion document, there is a list of things I agreed t do. One of them is pledging loyalty to Judaism and the Jewish people under all circumstances. It doesn't say I have to follow egotistical blowhard that wants the United States (and other nations?) to blow like a wind sock with the Iranian negotiations.

That would be awful in the long un. When visiting a hosting country, its not a good idea to insult its leader in this - way - although in fairness he was invited by Boehner.

To me, this is a campaign stump.

It should be noted that Netanyahu was offered appropriate times and places to meet but declined ed. It's about time the U.S. said Israel's our friend and told Netanyahu to hand over the ys - at least for a little while.
