Grain lower, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were lower Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was unchanged at $5.3475 a bushel; March corn was 2 cents lower at $3.8750 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $2.78 a bushel; while March soybeans lost 9.75 cents at $9.98 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was .63 cent higher at $1.5135 a pound; March feeder cattle was 1.30 cents higher at $2.0275 a pound; April lean hogs gained .20 cent to $.6420 a pound.
