Naperville's 360 Youth Services names operations director

A certified public accountant with a background in finance, human resource management, staff training and development has been named operations director for Naperville-based 360 Youth Services.

In her new role, Mary Kataura is responsible for financial planning, forecasting and reporting for the agency, as well as human resources, policy development and facilities.

"We are extremely fortunate to have someone with Mary's credentials in this essential position," said Jennifer Jones, treasurer for 360 Youth Services board of directors. "In addition to being a CPA, she brings extensive organizational management expertise that will play a key role as we move forward. And her commitment to the kids and families we serve is absolute."

Kataura's past experience includes serving as president of Peace of Mind Home Care, accountant for the B.R. Ryall YMCA in Glen Ellyn, and assistant vice president of the Commercial Finance Group of Heller International Corporation in Chicago. She has been an active community and school volunteer in numerous leadership positions.

Kataura was elected to the Glen Ellyn Elementary District 89 school board and served six years. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from DePaul University.

A resident of Glen Ellyn, Kataura's office is at the 360 Youth Services Administrative Center, 1305 W. Oswego Road, Naperville.
