Hanover Township opens up clinic for back-to-school physicals, immunizations

Hanover Township will open a clinic to students in need of back-to-school immunizations and physicals.

The Office of Community Health is partnering with a state program to offer the clinics at the township's Senior Center, 240 S. Rte. 59, Bartlett.

The clinic will run from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursdays, July 10, July 31, Aug. 7 and Aug. 14.

The services are free for township residents participating in the state's AllKids health program. Otherwise, fees range from $5 to $25.

Appointments are required for physical and dental screenings.

Clinics also will be held at two other sites: at the Astor Avenue Community Center, 7431 Astor Ave., Hanover Park on July 22; and at the Izaak Walton Center, 899 Jay St., Elgin, on Aug. 6.
