Oakton Community College closed July 7
The Des Plaines and Skokie campuses of Oakton Community College will be closed Monday, July 7, in observance of Independence Day, officials said.
The college is currently operating on its summer schedule and is closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through Aug. 9.
Classes at the campuses in Des Plaines, at 1600 E. Golf Road, and Skokie, at 7701 N. Lincoln Ave., will resume Tuesday, July 8.
