State of veterans care deplorable

There can't be anything more shameful than a country that does not honor and care for its military veterans. It's becoming clear that a culture of incompetence has somehow been put in charge of caring for these brave and worthy Americans.

From the president on down the line of the bloated and arrogant political class, shameful incompetence can be the only way to describe their handling of our nations' veterans.

How in the world can we, as Americans, tolerate this systematic denial of medical care for our military veterans? Every day there is a new report of veterans having to wait months to see a doctor. Every day there are reports that bureaucrats are being incentivized and instructed to delay and deny speedy care for our veterans.

In fact, these brave defenders of our nation are literally dying while waiting for care. Is this to be the fate of all Americans when we will have to beg the government run health care office and its well fed staff for a chance to see a doctor?

How will the proponents of government run health care respond when millions of Americans are no longer allowed to keep their doctors and their health care plans and are required by law to get in line?

I know what they'll say - it's perfectly legal.
