Speed a concern on Bunker Hill Drive

As a resident of Algonquin living on a highway, Bunker Hill Drive, I am concerned about what we can expect when our highway is completed from being repaired and paved.

If you have used our highway to short cut your way to Square Barn Road from Randall Road, you've seen how terrible the traffic is and how fast the cars travel - 40 miles per hour and more. There is a sign that is posted at 25 mph; not only is that ignored but is not enforced.

So now the brain trusts have decided to add a bike path on our highway. I say to myself, it's not only dangerous to walk on our highway we will now put bikers in danger.

If you can find a way to stop the speeders then maybe we won't have someone hurt or worse. We have been lucky so far.
