Pastor's hobby cruel to God's creatures

Thanks for the April 10 front-page expose of bowhunting Elgin Pastor Keith Gomez, whose hobby is torture and murder of animals. I believe this article will do more to discredit the cause of religion than the efforts of all the atheist organizations together!

In this past Easter season, viewing the colored pictures of the bodies and severed heads of his victims must have shaken the faith of the followers of this pastor's religion. I feel sorry for those people, and I hope they will call Pastor Gomez and express their outrage.

I am not a Baptist, but if I were, this would make me think of changing to another church — making sure that the pastor would not practice a hobby of using God's creatures for target practice.
