CL South 3, Cary-Grove 2: Garrett Bright was 2-for-3 with a double, while John Constantino and Ryan Heatherington each had 2 hits and an RBI to lead the Gators (13-11, 7-8) to a Fox Valley Conference Valley Division upset win. Josh Smith went the distance for Crystal Lake South, allowing just 3 hits with 4 strikeouts and 3 walks. Wyatt Mascarella had a 2-run double for the Trojans (18-10, 11-5) and Larkin Hanselman took the loss on the mound.

Hampshire 11, Woodstock North 0: Tyler Schutt and Nick Mohlman each went 2-for-3 with a double and 3 RBI to lead the Whip-Purs (11-15) to an FVC Fox win. Brandon Bowen also had 2 hits, while Dillon Kuhn had a double and an RBI. Alex Crinigan pitched a 3-hitter with 3 strikeouts and no walks in the five-inning win.
