Parkers' spirit dinner

Pair the spirits of Michigan-based Journeyman Distillery with Parkers' Restaurant & Bar's food starting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 22. Food includes Conejo Tinga with bay leaves; Hawaiian big eye tuna tatiki; molasses-glazed gulf shrimp; smoked pork tenderloin; Maple Leaf Farms roasted duck breast; and tiramisu. Journeyman spirits include Humdinger Jalapeno Spirit, Bilberry Black Hearts Gin, Ravenswood Rye Whiskey, Silver Cross Whiskey and Snaggle Tooth Coffee Liqueur. Reservations required. $65 per person excluding tax and gratuity.
