Donate a formal dress, enter to win Yorktown prom prize giveaway

Yorktown Center in Lombard is offering girls age 16 and older a chance to win an Ultimate Prom Prize Package if they donate gently used formal dresses, accessories and/or unopened makeup by Sunday, April 6.

One raffle ticket will be awarded for each item donated. The first 200 people to make a donation will receive a "swag bag" filled with a $10 Yorktown Center gift card, samples and offers from Yorktown retailers and sponsors.

The Ultimate Prom Prize Package includes a $200 gift card to Yorktown Center, a boutonniere and corsage from Phillip's Flowers, a photography session from Courtney Rose Photography, hair and makeup for two from Asha SalonSpa, a $50 gift card to Buca di Beppo, a $25 gift card to Windsor and lunch for four at Freshii.

Donations are being accepted at the Yorktown guest services desk on the lower level, near Marshalls and HomeGoods.
