Obamacare and customer etiquette

When it comes to business, customer etiquette is paramount. Customer etiquette means dealing with customers in an open, honest and forthright manner which will usually assure their return.

We can all ask ourselves at this point: Have the people who created and advanced the Affordable Care Act been open, honest and forthright toward their customers?
