Grace period registration is available at the County Clerk's office, 18 N. County St., Waukegan, for Lake County residents who need to register to vote for the March 18 Primary Election. It also will be available beginning March 3 at the Lake County Central Permit Facility, 500 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville. Hours at both locations will be 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 8 and 15. Grace period registration ends at both locations on March 15. Registering under grace provisions allows county residents to register for the first time or update a new address in Lake County.
