District 50 kindergarten:

Woodland Elementary District 50 will host kindergarten registration from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, at Woodland Primary School, 17366 W. Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake. Registration packets are available on the website, www.dist50.net and at the Educational Support Center, 1105 N Hunt Club Road, Gurnee, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. before registration. Kindergarten students who will enter District 50 for the 2014-15 school year must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2014. Original county-issued birth certificates are required to start the registration process. Two proofs of residency will also be required. Information regarding these requirements is provided in the registration packet. Physicals, dental and vision exams do not need to be completed before registration.
