Jason Brown watch party:

Join the Highland Park Park District at Centennial Ice Arena on Feb. 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the official viewing party to watch Highland Park’s Jason Brown represent the U.S. in men’s figure skating in the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia. The event will include Olympic coverage on the big screen, refreshments donated by Sunset Foods, and free open skate. Bleacher seating will be available.

Jason learned to skate at Centennial Ice Arena when he was just 3½ years old and has been a regular in the park district’s annual ice show ever since. The event is free to the public.
