Join in the 12 days of caroling at Nick’s Pizza and Pub and get some free grub as a reward. Through Christmas Eve, sing the song posted daily on the website while visiting the restaurant and get a free munchie — choice of a blossoming onion, beer nuggets or mozzarella sticks. Earn a chance to win a $25 gift card by posting a video of your carol to Facebook or Instagram.

8000 Miles’ sip and sushi

Lynfred Winery joins 8000 Miles for a sip and sushi wine lunch at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21. Eats include passed appetizers, the veggie lover’s roll, crazy roll, triple K.C. roll and the dragon roll. Wine pairings feature Sangria Blanc, Oktoberfest, Chambourcin-Rose and more. $40 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

Niche’s new tradition

Make some memories at Niche’s Christmas Eve dinner — a prix fixe meal that starts at 6 p.m. Create a new holiday tradition with a menu that includes chestnut soup with lamb bacon crumb and brown butter, and pork osso bucco with risotto Milanese, herb oil and tomato confit. $60 per person. Add wine pairings with sommelier Vince Balistreri for $25.
