Dining events: Enzo and Lucia reopens
Enzo and Lucia reopens after fire
Northwest Italian cuisine once again reigns at Long Grove’s Enzo and Lucia Ristorante and Cafe after a kitchen fire in June temporarily closed the restaurant. Daily favorites like veal Marsala, grilled bass, chicken Vesuvio, fresh seafood, potato gnocchi, gourmet pizza and signature capelacci in vodka sauce remain on the menu as do desserts like cannoli and tiramisu.
Enzo and Lucia Ristorante and Cafe is located at 343 Old McHenry Road, Long Grove. (847) 478-8825 or enzoandlucia.com.

Chili’s adds southwest flare to lunch menu
Make it a southwestern combo between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Chili’s locations throughout the suburbs. Start with soup or salad and finish it off with one of several choices — a six-inch pizza, southwestern BLT toasted sandwich, Santa Fe chicken or bacon ranch chicken quesadillas, southwestern mac ’n’ cheese topped with grilled chicken or the new bacon avocado chicken sandwich.
Chili’s Bar and Grill has locations throughout the suburbs. See chilis.com.
