Can’t spend money you don’t have

People like Tom Minnerick are not very informed. The Senate has not passed a budget in five years. The continual resolution is not a true budget. By law a budget must be passed every year.

Having said that the CR is billions of dollars over what the House and Senate agreed to spend just last year. Seems that most people don’t understand that the U.S. is spending the country into bankruptcy. Just like with personal finances you cannot keep spending money you do not have.
