District 41 screenings:

Lake Villa Elementary District 41 will host four special education preschool screenings throughout the 2013-14 school year. To participate, children must be 3 years of age on or before the screening date. Screening dates are: Friday, Sept. 27, at Pleviak School; Friday, Nov. 8, at Hooper School; Friday, Jan. 24, at Martin School; and Thursday, March 13, at Thompson School. Parents who wish to have their child screened must contact Sue Payne at the district office, (847) 245-8004. Parents will need to provide the district with a copy of the child’s birth certificate and proof of residency when making the appointment.
