Girl, 4, wounded in Chicago shooting
A 4-year-old girl was one of three people who were wounded during a shooting on Chicago’s northwest side.
Chicago Police say the girl was in a car with two other people when she was shot in the hip around 10:30 p.m. Sunday. She’s in stable condition.
CPD spokesman Ronald Gaines says the two other people in the car were also wounded. A 17-year-old male was shot in the leg and a 20-year-old man was shot in the arm and leg. Both were taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Gaines says the shooting took place when a vehicle pulled next to the trio’s car and people inside the second car opened fire.
No arrests have been made.
