Obamacare full of costly surprises
The Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, now realizes that Obamacare will cost much more than anticipated, so she is trying to convince private sector CEOs to voluntarily contribute money to offset the tremendous cost. It won’t happen.
In addition, we are finding more surprises buried in the law. In the student loan program, there is $8.7 billion earmarked to offset Obamacare even though the programs are completely unrelated.
We can be confident there are more surprises in the bill to mask the real cost. Even loyal Democrats are starting to call Obamacare a very costly disaster. The bill needs to be replaced with a truly less costly plan that will help the middle class and not drive health care and taxes higher.
