The Eagles headed for Rosemont

Legendary rock band The Eagles will swoop into Rosemonts Allstate Arena to perform on Saturday, Oct. 19.

Tickets for the concert, priced $49 to $189, go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 8, at ticketmaster.com.

The Eagles have sold about 150 million records worldwide, ranking the band in the top 15 in terms of sales.

Earlier this year, Showtime released a two-part documentary, entitled History of the Eagles. The documentary  tracking the bands rise during the 1970s, breakup and later reunion tour  was released on DVD and Blu-ray on April 30.

The 8 p.m. Oct. 19 Rosemont concert was recently added to the bands History of the Eagles tour, which starts July 6 in Louisville, Ky. The Eagles also have a Sept. 20 show at Chicagos United Center.
