Praise for support of marriage rights

Kudos to state Rep. Ed Sullivan for announcing his support of marriage equality in the face of protests from his party and opposition from his church.

Our 40-year marriage is in no way, shape, or form threatened by extending the civil rights of others, nor is it “defended” by denying those rights.
