Report: OSU quarterback makes Illini visit

Former Oklahoma State quarterback Wes Lunt reportedly visited the Illini campus last week and is considering transferring there, according to sources cited in a report at espn.com by Joe Schad.

Lunt, who is from Rochester, Ill., played six games as a freshman for the Cowboys last season before he suffered a knee injury. The 6-foot-4, 211-pound quarterback had six touchdown passes and seven interceptions. OSU coach Mike Gundy also has said the school will not allow Lunt to transfer to a school in the Big 12, SEC, Pac-12, and a few other schools. Here is a link to the espn.com report.
