For a limited time Bapi Italian Ristorante will be serving bufala mozzarella cheese, fresh from Italy, as an appetizer with sliced tomatoes, fresh pesto and a balsamic glaze for $14. Indoor go-kart racing recently invaded Buffalo Grove with the opening this month of K1 Speed Chicago. Watch the action from the Skybox Bar and Grill, a full-service restaurant with two private dining areas and four party rooms. Baskin-Robbins embraces the long-awaited arrival of warmer weather with spring-inspired flavors available until the end of May. New items include blueberry shortbread ice cream, mixed berry waffle cones, blueberry shortbread milkshakes, berry waffle crunch 31-degrees below (vanilla soft serve blended with strawberry topping and crunchy mixed berry waffle cone pieces) and a Coke float.
