For a limited time Bapi Italian Ristorante will be serving bufala mozzarella cheese, fresh from Italy, as an appetizer with sliced tomatoes, fresh pesto and a balsamic glaze for $14. Indoor go-kart racing recently invaded Buffalo Grove with the opening this month of K1 Speed Chicago. Watch the action from the Skybox Bar and Grill, a full-service restaurant with two private dining areas and four party rooms.
