This Muslim group deplores violence

We have not yet discovered the Boston Marathon bombers’ motives, but we know they are Muslim. In the days after the attack, thousands of Muslims across America prayed that these individuals not be Muslim. Apparently their prayers went unanswered.

So now with the media cross hairs firmly set on Islam yet again, what do Muslims do? Most continue to say that this is not part of Islam and after the media fire storm dissipates they return to their normal lives, praying that the next incident not be caused by a Muslim. This is what happens to a group with no leader and no true direction.

There exists one group of Muslims, however, whose singular mission is to spread the true understanding of Islam and combat extremism is all forms. The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, currently lead by His Holiness Mirza Masroor Ahmed is that community.

For over a century the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community has condemned violence in all its forms and championed the concept of separation of religion and state. Their message of peace and absolute justice is unified around the world and is a beacon of truth for those individuals who want direction and purpose.
