Vote by mail applications:

Registered voters, including students away at school and traveling snowbirds who choose to vote by mail in the April 9 election, can download an official application for a ballot at LakeVoterPower.info. Illinois law requires each person voting by mail to complete and sign an application for every election before receiving a ballot. To print an application, web visitors need to confirm their voter registration status and click on the “Request a Ballot by Mail” tab. Print and sign the paper copy before mailing to the Lake County Clerk’s office. Signed applications must be received before a ballot can be mailed. Applications may also be requested via email at VotingByMail@lakecountyil.gov or by calling (847) 377-2406. Ballots will be mailed beginning March 15.
