Waukegan park permits:

The Waukegan Park District is offering park use permits to accommodate groups for outdoor get-togethers at park district facilities. Beginning on Friday, March 1, Park Use Permit and Pavilion Rental applications will be available for the upcoming season. Applications are processed in the order they are received. Applications can be downloaded from the website, www.waukeganparks.org, and must be completed for Pavilion Rentals and Green Space Permits. Applications can be made in person at the Belvidere Recreation Center, 412 South Lewis Ave., Waukegan, during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Proof of residency and identification are required, and rental fees and security deposits must accompany the completed application.
