After-dinner drinks don't get much hotter than Carlucci's signature flaming coffee. It's made with Bailey's and Grand Marnier, topped off with coffee and a caramelized cinnamon sugar rim and garnished with an orange slice. The liquor is warmed table-side by lighting it on fire.
