Disgusted with lack of storm aid

Mr. Ronald J. Beribak hit the nail on the head. I also was wondering if any foreign country was going to come to our aid after Storm Sandy. I personally don’t understand in this day and age why the U.S. is so extremely generous in aiding other countries when we ourselves are desperate for help. Makes no sense to me.

Does charity not begin at home? We are truly our own worst enemy. I am thoroughly disgusted in regard to the lack of support from the foreign countries.
