Ryan back in Janesville Monday for rally

JANESVILLE, Wis. — Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan will be back in his hometown before he heads to the party’s convention in Florida next week.

Campaign organizers have scheduled a “send-off” rally on Monday morning at Janesville Craig High School in Janesville. The campaign says tickets are available online and that those attending should be prepared to go through airport-type security checks.

Ryan is scheduled to speak at the convention in Tampa following former Secretary of Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Wednesday night.
