Unions demanding more than they should
Perhaps someone more knowledgeable then I can fill me in: Why doesn’t everyone who receives a paycheck (including the president, members of Congress and all public employees) pay into Social Security? Paying into an unfunded pension fund does not seem to be the same thing. Provide for myself, forget all others? The unions are very important for collective bargaining for a fair wage, but to demand more benefits or they will call a strike and close down a business? Put someone out of business so we can have it all? When did we lose our values?
