Accept blame on pensions, Speaker

So Michael Madigan wants to shift the responsibility of the state pensions to the school districts. Then he has to cut the states income tax by 40 percent to help the taxpayer pay for the extra taxes raised by the schools.

This whole mess was caused by him and the Democratic members of the House who did not do what they should have.

Speaker Madigan, are you going to step up like a man and admit you are responsible for not doing what you should have? That will never happen. I'll bet that the pension system has been paid into all this time for lawmakers. The state employees will never get the money that they should have been given.
