See inside the Blagojevich home up for sale
Patti Blagojevich gave a sales pitch for the property she, her children, and former Gov. Rod Blagojevich have called home since 1999. And now have been released.
The couple is asking $1.07 million for the 13-room brick house in Chicago's Ravenswood neighborhood.
Patti Blagojevich on Monday said the house is unusually solid, with a concrete floor above the basement and concrete walls covered with plaster.
Blagojevich was convicted of 17 corruption counts in June. In July, one of Blagojevich's attorneys said the house was for sale.
Blagojevich often stood outside the home to angrily dispute charges against him. The house was where FBI wiretaps captured Blagojevich talking about profiting by naming someone to President Barack Obama's former Senate seat. It's also from where federal agents led him away in handcuffs.
Blagojevich's sentencing has been delayed.
